Jacksons duo battle it out

10/2/2015

Comments

The two Jacksons squads faced each other on Wednesday in the JSA Indoor season. A great show from the pitchers for each side, Andy Barcis for the Falcons and Cameron Ramsay for Phoenix, with both establishing a good rhythm early in the game and also taking home runs to add to their respective teams tally. Falcons Gary Coleman also hit a home run during the game. Phoenix held back the Falcons for the first 4 innings but lost momentum in the 5th, with the Falcons seizing the opportunity to build a convincing margin, eventually taking the game 105 to 37.

The second game of the evening saw CPA Global Pirates take on newcomers RBC Lions. Both teams fought continuously during the game, but despite the roaring spirit of the Lions, the Pirates experience and knowledge of the game proved to be a winning formula once again, with the final score coming in at 33 to 81.
