The Corefocus Cubs Softball Team

COREFOCUS CUBS BIO
Corefocus Cubs is one of the oldest surviving teams in the Outdoor League, which commenced in 1994. The Cubs were formed in 1998, as a Standard Chartered Bank social team, and became Standard Chartered Cubs in 2000. Since its formation, the team has been both First and Second Division winners.
The team has gone through a number of name changes over the years and is currently sponsored by the Outdoor League’s main sponsor, Corefocus.
The team is made up of newcomers to the game, experienced Outdoor League players and, more recently, Corporate League players wanting to experience the more traditional style of softball. The team’s philosophy is to enjoy the game and always welcomes new players to the roster.
Team members have consistently been involved in the running of the Jersey Softball Association, providing two Presidents, along with a number of other Officers, Coaches and Umpires.
