Get to Know Us
First founded in 1993, the JSA has been organising games within Jersey for over thirty years. We have over 300 members across 25 teams who compete in the Summer, Corporate or Indoor leagues.
We are making great strides into Youth Softball with our dedicated Youth league.

Our members have the opportunity each year to trial for our Island squad to compete against Guernsey in the annual Muratti.

WHAT IS SOFTBALL?
Softball is a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of 10 players. It is a direct descendant of baseball although there are some key differences: softballs are larger than baseballs, and the pitches are thrown underhand rather than overhand. Softball is played on a smaller diamond than in baseball.
